This resort is well known for their accommodations and fine service and is located in the seaside community of Montecito. The Montecito Inn $$$$The Montecito Inn radiates a quiet elegance with a touch of European charm. Each room is adorned in its own unique French Provincial style with soft flower prints, hand painted tile baths, overhead fans and custom-made shutters. This is a boutique style hotel situated in Montecito. It's centrally located on Coast Village Road, a street with many boutiques and restaurants. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast, restaurant with room service and pool. It is about 1/2 mile to Santa Barbara and the waterfront. SANTA BARBARA - NEAR THE COURTHOUSEInn at Spanish Garden $$$$A luxury boutique hotel, which opened in 2001. Located just off of State Street, near corporate offices and residential neighborhoods. The Inn offers 23 spacious, non- smoking guestrooms and suites with fireplaces, deep water soaking tubs, complimentary deluxe continental breakfast with espresso drinks, afternoon wine and hors d'oeuvres, pool and fitness room. Rooms are very limited! SANTA BARBARA - WEST BEACHHarbor View Inn $$$$This hotel is very conveniently situated along the waterfront on Cabrillo Blvd. and State Street. It's within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and is located across the street from the pier. The hotel has a 4-diamond rating and offers a pool and Jacuzzi with small areas of tables and gardens and a restaurant with room service. Hotel Oceana $$$$Hotel Oceana has all the Mediterranean charm of Santa Barbara - red tile rooftops, tranquil flowering courtyards, and patios with ocean views. The gracious 122-room property features sweeping views of the wharf and harbor. Situated in Santa Barbara's West Beach, guests are within a stone's throw of the ocean and all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Sunterraces, outdoor living room, 2 heated pools, a jacuzzi, fitness center & spa, and beautiful parks and gardens are yours to enjoy. Hotel Oceana is comprised of four different two-story buildings. The property has just been completely renovated and the rooms have a very distinct style. Some bathrooms and rooms are smaller than standard hotels. Doesn't have some of the amenities of a full service hotel. The Upham $$$The Upham Hotel is a beautifully restored Victorian Hotel that combines the ambiance of a Bed and Breakfast with the professionalism of a full service hotel. The property located in a residential area of downtown Santa Barbara and blocks from shops, restaurants and theaters. They offer rooms and cottages amongst the 1-acre of grounds.
